The staff are kind and helpful, and the rooms are charmingly fitted out to feel like a home away from home. The laundry service was excellent - considering we just completed the 4 day Inca Trail! Tea and coffee making facilities available 24 hours, and a book and DVD library make this a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommended.

They Provided a portable DVD player on request to use with the television in the room. It is based in a characterful courtyard a few blocks from the main square. The rooms were spacious and clean, full of character, and the private bathrooms were fabulous with plenty of hot water. It´s about a 10 minute walk from the main plaza, but it´s a very easy and pleasant walk and you only have to cross 2 or 3 streets but some may find the location to be less than perfect, i didn´t mind it at all and thought it was nice to be away from the noise. I highly recommend this hostel.
